Application and Payment:
a. Participants must complete the registration process and submit the required fees to secure a place in the training course.
b. All payments made for training courses are non-refundable in the event of a change of mind or cancellation by the participant.
c. The participant may transfer their enrollment to a course of equal or lesser value within months of the date upon which the course is due to commence, provided that they provide not less than 30-days written notice of their intent to do the same. -
Course Cancellation:
a. In the event that we have to cancel a course, participants will receive a credit for a course of equal or lesser value, valid for a period of 12 months from the date of cancellation.
b. If the participant chooses a replacement course of lesser value, no cash adjustment or refund will be provided.
c. If the replacement course chosen by the participant is more expensive, the participant will be required to pay the balance amount. -
Student Absence:
a. If a student fails to attend a class for any reason, including illness or injury, no refund will be provided.
b. At the sole discretion of the company, the student may be transferred to the next available class of the same type, subject to availability and at no additional cost.
c. The request for transfer must be made in writing and submitted to the company with proof of circumstances (ie illness/injury/compassionate grounds) prior to the commencement of the course. -
Weather-Related Issues:
a. We make best efforts to provide a satisfactory training experience; however, if any aspect of the course is not possible due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will make our best effort to provide an alternative experience as close as possible to the original course.
b. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related changes or disruptions in the course. -
Limitation of Liability:
a. To the fullest extent permissible by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss, injury, damage, or claim arising out of or related to the participant’s attendance or participation in the training course.
b. Participants acknowledge and accept all risks associated with their participation in the course and agree to release and hold us harmless from any liability or claims arising therefrom. -
Course Modifications:
a. We reserve the right to modify the course schedule, content, instructors, or any other aspect of the course as deemed necessary, without prior notice.
b. Participants will be notified of any significant changes to the course as soon as possible. -
Participant Conduct:
a. Participants are expected to behave professionally, respectfully, and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations during the course. b. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the course for disruptive behavior or non-compliance with instructions, without refund or credit. -
Personal Belongings:
a. Participants are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings during the course.
b. We shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. -
Confidentiality:
a. Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course. -
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. -
All Decisions Final:
a. All decisions made by the company regarding course scheduling, changes, cancellations, and any other related matters are final and binding. -
Severability:
a. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
