Austere Medicine

X3SI are proud to deliver courses certified by Austere & Emergency Medicine International.

We offer all AEMED courses and work with a number of Lead Instructors and Authorised Training Providers to offer courses.

All of our austere medicine courses are taught to equivalent standards of the wilderness medicine course of the same name, and are issued as a double-certification in austere & wilderness medicine.
